A BMX frame is small, and the seat sits low and close to the top tube — on purpose. A session is spent on the pedals, knees bent, weight shifting over the bars and back over the rear wheel. Everyday clothes are cut for standing straight or sitting in a chair. A riding stance is neither.

Plenty of riders who find us are new to BMX, or coming back to it after years away. The idea holds for them too: if the pants feel easy in a crouch and the tee stays put when you lean over the bars, the clothes have done their part. The riding can take over from there.
